Thank you for shopping at Crystrafts. To ensure your complete satisfaction, all items are carefully inspected before shipment. Please read the following process carefully should you need to initiate a return or exchange.
Important Note:
Due to restrictions related to intellectual property rights.
This policy applies only to standard products available on the market.
Customied product, DIY kits, and Masterclass are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased.
Return Policy
Most non-custom items purchased from Crystrafts may be returned within 30 days after the delivery date, provided they meet all requirements listed below.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Please handle items with care during the trial period, as we cannot accept returns for damaged goods.
- Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Return Shipping Fees:
- If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and reliable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
Return Process:
- Contact Customer Service First: Before initiating a return, please contact our support team at customerservice@crystrafts.com.
- Provide Required Information: In your email, please include the following to expedite your request:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Detailed reason for the return/exchange.
- Ship Your Return:
- Crystrafts is not responsible for returns damaged in transit. Please package items securely and use a trackable shipping method.
- You are responsible for any fees incurred during the return process.
- Please attach the order number to the outside of the return shipping box for identification.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Refund Policy
Scenario 1: Refund Before or During Shipment
- If you wish to cancel your order for a refund before it has shipped, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Scenario 2: Refund After Delivery
- Refunds are issued only after an eligible return (postmarked within 30 days of delivery) is received at our warehouse and passes our quality inspection.
- For eligible returns that pass inspection, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Scenario 3: Damaged or Defective Items / Not as Described
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the product description, you must:
- Within 3 days of delivery: Email photos of the damaged item, any damaged packaging, and the shipping label to customerservice@crystrafts.com.
- Within 30 days of delivery: Ship the item back to us.
- In such cases, upon receipt and verification of the returned item, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
- For items that are damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchange Policy
To exchange your purchase for a different size or model, please email customerservice@crystrafts.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with complete instructions for the exchange process.
